The accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Other arrangements can be made flexibly upon prior agreement.

Guests may only use the accommodation with the pre-agreed number of people. The host has the right to check, without prior notice, whether the number of guests staying in the apartment matches the previously registered and paid number.

Guests may receive visitors during the day (between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM) with the prior consent of the host.

Pets are strictly prohibited in the apartment.

Responsibility for Damages

Guests are required to compensate the host directly for any damage caused due to improper use or negligence. Please use the equipment of the accommodation properly and follow fire and accident safety regulations.

If any appliance or equipment malfunctions, please notify the host as soon as possible so that we can arrange repairs promptly.

Just like in any household, unexpected breakdowns may occur that are not the fault of the guests. If you notice any irregularity or malfunction, please inform the host immediately to prevent serious damage.

In case of an accident or other emergency, the host must be notified immediately!

Fire Safety Rules

In case of fire:

• Use the fire extinguisher located at the designated area immediately.

• Call the fire department at 105.

• Inform the host at +36 70 285 5708.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment! This also applies to electronic cigarettes and IQOS devices. Smoking is only permitted in the designated outdoor area. Do not throw cigarette butts on the ground! Please use the provided ashtrays.

Departure Guidelines

Upon departure, guests are required to:

• Turn off lights and electrical appliances.

• Put swing cushions back in their place.

• Turn off water taps and gas.

Cleaning & Waste Management

• The apartment is provided clean, and guests must maintain cleanliness during their stay.

• Household waste should be collected in the trash bin in the kitchen. If the bin is full, empty it into the outdoor trash container.

• Trash bags can be requested from the host.

Kitchen & Dining Rules

• The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. Please do not eat in the bedrooms.

• A designated barbecue and cooking area is available in the yard.Fires may only be lit in calm weather and only in the designated area. Always have a bucket of water nearby for fire safety. After cooking/grilling, clean up the area, properly extinguish the embers, and wash the used equipment.

Parking

Parking is available inside the closed yard of the guesthouse or on the street in front of the property.

Noise Regulations

To respect our neighbors and comply with the Noise Regulation (27/2008. (XII.3.) KVM-EÜM), please avoid any loud activities.

• Quiet hours:10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

• During these hours, loud music, partying, and any activity disturbing the neighbors are strictly prohibited.

• Do not place metal objects in the microwave.

• Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.

Security Deposit

A HUF 30,000 security deposit must be paid upon check-in, with a receipt issued.

• This deposit serves as a financial guarantee in case of any damages caused by the guests.

• If no damage occurs, the full deposit will be deducted from the final accommodation fee.
